Warranty

1. VENUS provides a 24-month guarantee on the purchased equipment.

2. Warranty card cannot have deletions and amendments must be legibly filled.

3. The warranty covers only those defects that arise from causes inherent in the product sold.

4. Information about the defect of the product should be submitted within 7 days, in writing, mail or telephone.

5. For the complaint to be processed the product must be provided in the original packaging, with all accessories and warranty agreement.

6. The Buyer shall deliver the goods at their own expense.

7. The Guarantor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during transport.

8. The warranty does not cover malfunction of the product or damages resulting from improper use, user ignorance, lack of training, education in the field of the treatments device.

9. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from fortuitous events (flood, fire, storm).

10. Guarantor shall not be liable for damages arising out of the malfunction of the product.

11. The customer is obliged to cooperate with the guarantor in determining the scope of the fault and the circumstances of its occurrence.

12. Purchased goods require regular cleaning and maintenance.

13. The guarantee does not apply if the Client performs unauthorized repairs.

14. The Guarantor shall not be liable for damage caused by surges in the power grid 15. Breaking or damaging the warranty seal will automatically render the manufacturer's warranty void.

16. Venus Company provides repair within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the site. In justified cases (e.g. In the case of having to order and bring the parts or components) the repair period can be extended by 30 working days.

17. If necessary, the guarantor may replace the product free of defects.

18. The guarantee does not cover items that are subject to natural wear during operation (housing and their finishing elements, shell buttons, knobs, ends (heads) diamond electrodes, ultrasound heads, metal coating heads, electrodes, cables etc.) 19. The equipment delivered to the site should be clean and tidy.

20. In the case of unjustified complaints such as testing the equipment, a reasonable  fee will be charged for working time service, and for the materials used in the tests. 21. In all matters not covered by the guarantee agreement, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

22. By making a purchase at Venus the Buyer unequivocally accepts all the conditions of the warranty.

23. Warranty Agreement must be signed by the Buyer.

Performance requirements of electronic products. The device can be operated within the range of +10 to +30 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 8 to 80 percent. The product should not be subject to shocks, vibrations, work in the vicinity of strong electromagnetic fields, be subjected to prolonged, direct sunlight, to work in the public areas. In addition, do not turn the device after bringing it from below zero temperatures.
